Oak Kickboards and Siding – Choice of 3/4″ plywood,1×8 oak boards, or 2×6 pine boards

Door Plans – No door is included

Foundation: Built on 6×6 wood skids, this foundation allows the barn to be moved. It is Buildable on the direct ground or prepared gravel area.

Floor – Optional existing ground or poured concrete slab

Wall Framing – Posts are 4×4

Wall Height – 10′ Front, Rear 8′

Window – None included. Easily added to any wall if desired

Siding – Battens are 1×2, and boards are 1×10

Roof – Template included. Framed using 2×4’s for the rafters and sheeted with 1/2″ OSB

Roof Pitch and Overhang– 2/12 pitch. 12″ overhang on the sides, 24″ on the front and 12″ on the back.

Roofing Materials – Corrugated metal roofing or asphalt shingles

Trim – 1×4 corners

Engineering—All design loads are drawn “typical”. A local engineer makes specific modifications for local wind, soil conditions, etc., which the building department often requires.
